The work

More than a wash — a full reset

We bring professional results directly to your home or workplace anywhere in the Rochester and Finger Lakes area, using proper products and technique rather than whatever fits in a bucket.

Whether it is routine maintenance or a complete transformation before a sale, the process protects your investment as much as it improves how it looks. Salt, sap, brake dust and UV all do measurable damage in this region — the point of a real detail is to remove them and then leave something behind that keeps them off.

Good to know

Car detailing questions

What people usually want to know before booking their first detail.

Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. Plenty of clients leave the keys and go to work. We just need access to the vehicle and, in most cases, an outdoor outlet. Let us know how you would like to handle handover when you book.
What do you need from me on site?
A spot to park with a bit of room around the vehicle, and typically access to an outdoor outlet. We bring our own products and equipment. If you have no power or no water available, tell us in advance and we will plan around it.
How long does a full detail take?
A sedan in reasonable shape is usually a few hours. A three-row SUV that has carried kids and dogs through a Rochester winter takes considerably longer. We give you a realistic time window with your quote.
Can you get pet hair and stains out of the upholstery?
In most cases, yes. Embedded pet hair and set-in stains are handled with extraction and dedicated tools, and heavy cases are quoted as an add-on because they genuinely take longer. We will be honest if something is unlikely to come out completely.
What is clay bar decontamination and do I need it?
Run your hand over your paint after a wash — if it feels gritty, that is bonded contamination that washing cannot remove. A clay bar pulls it off so the surface is properly smooth, which is what lets wax bond and last. It is included in our full exterior work.
Do you detail work vans, box trucks and fleets?
Yes. Sprinter vans, box trucks, service vehicles and multi-vehicle fleets are all regular work for us. Fleet schedules are quoted per vehicle with recurring options.
How often should I have my car detailed?
Twice a year suits most people in this climate — once in spring to strip off winter salt and re-protect the paint, and once in autumn before the road treatment starts again. Interiors depend entirely on passengers.
Why is there no price list on the site?
Because the condition of the vehicle matters more than its size. Two identical SUVs can be a three-hour job and a full-day job. We would rather look at yours and quote it honestly than publish a number we would have to walk back.
